Doctor Aquarium - Task List

The screen shot shown (left) is of the main window of the Doctor Aquarium application. On the left side, the list view let's you navigate plugins, and the right side shows the tasks using that plugin. New tasks are created and scheduled using a simple to follow wizard. Tasks manipulate software and hardware plugins. (Click on the picture to see a larger version of it)



Web Interface

In this screen shot you can see part of the web interface of the Doctor Aquarium application.Using the web Interface, if you have a persistent internet connection, you can monitor and control your aquarium from anywhere in the world. Never, spend your vacation warring about your aquarium again. Any task you define in the main application can be triggered securely over the internet from a web browser. Monitor
Monitor SunMoon

In this screen shot you can see the SunMoon Plugin. The plug-in acts as a trigger for solar and lunar events, such as Sunrise, Moonrise, Moonset, Sunset, Full moon, and so on. (Click on the picture to see a larger version of it)



Firecracker
Doctor Aquarium - Firecrackert

This is an X-10 plug-in. It allows you to turn on or off any device on your aquarium remotely from your computer. Light, Pumps, Fan's, Power heads, all can be scheduled to turn on or off at preset times, or on events such as sunrise, sunset, or temperature reading.



Data Acquisition
Doctor Aquarium - DrDAQ

This screen shot shows the DrDAQ plugin. DrDAQ is a data acquisition board, which allows the program to monitor sensor information. Sensor data is continiously logged, and graphed on daily,weekly,and monthly graphs.



Script Editor
Doctor Aquarium - Scripting

This screenshots shows the script editor where you can write sophisticated control logic. The example is a simple script that is automatically generated by the program, and in most cases no editing is necessary as the task wizard will create the script automatically.
